User-developed Communication
Global Innovation is facilitating user-developed communication across continents. Global Innovation has been managing the innovation for a biotech company with the aim of delivering a social media communication strategy and plan. The project entails matching the biotech company with its users and is conducted online across continents and through an international conference. The process is divided into three stages of assesment, strategy and planning. It has both a scientific and a business perspective. All stages followed up by an evaluation between countries for potential improvements.
